The Remediation and Redevelopment (RR) Program updated its Public Notices & Proposed Guidance web page, where customers can find public notices and public comment opportunities related to the RR Program.

The updated page now includes a new “tab” for Proposed Guidance where customers can find opportunities to provide input on RR Program guidance documents that are under development or revision.

Customers will be able to offer feedback on proposed RR Program guidance using the email link to the staff contact listed for the specific guidance document. Staff will review and consider comments received to improve the quality of the guidance. The page also includes a link to the RR Guidance and Publications Index where current guidance documents can be found.

The RR Program welcomes input on any program guidance at any time. To do so, you can email the staff contact listed in the specific guidance document you are interested in, or you can email DNRRRGuidance@wisconsin.gov.
