The Remediation and Redevelopment (RR) Program will host an online meeting of the Contaminated Sediments External Advisory Group (EAG) on Tuesday, October 13, from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m.

The Sediments EAG provides constructive feedback to the DNR’s Remediation and Redevelopment, Water Quality, and Waste and Materials Management programs on topics associated with the management of contaminated sediments from dredging projects, environmental cleanups, redevelopments and other construction projects.  Communication and coordination between DNR programs and external customers are critical for effective and efficient assessment, risk management, and remedial decisions in cleaning up contaminated sediment to protect human health and the environment.
