COVID-19 Update

Thank you to all of our customers for your patience as state agencies work to continue core operations due to the COVID-19 health emergency. As we all work together to continue daily operations, please understand that many of our staff are working from home and may have limited access to files and electronic connectivity.

With this in mind, and to maintain social distancing, we ask that our customers:

  • Utilize email whenever possible to communicate with staff. This will be the quickest way to receive a response from those staff that are teleworking. The RR staff directory can be found here.
  • PECFA claimants and consultants are encouraged to send claims in electronically to the DNRRRPECFAClaims@wisconsin.gov email box.
  • Coordinate virtual meetings. Set up conference calls or Skype meetings whenever possible with our DNR staffers.
  • Request electronic documents where possible after otherwise checking BOTW for those public records. RR staff are happy to work with you to ensure scanned documents and paper versions are sent to you by DNR, rather than scheduling in-person requests to review DNR public records at DNR facilities. Please contact the regional Environmental Program Associate (EPA) if you have questions.
